RESERVATION ONLINE PROCESS OF THE VILLA<\/h1>\n

ONLINE BOOKING PROCESS OF THE VILLA Here are the steps to reserve one of our villas: <\/span><\/p>\n

FIRST STEP:<\/span><\/strong>
\nChoose the town that you want to book “MENU \/ OUR VILLAS” for your stay and enter the entry and exit.<\/span><\/p>\n

SECOND STEP: <\/span><\/strong>
\n Fill out the form for booking, these will be your billing information as well as information for the lease. <\/span><\/p>\n

THIRD STEP:<\/span><\/strong>
\n Accept the commitment to pay the fees. The payment of the deposit of 1500 \u20ac (refundable) and 300 \u20ac for final cleaning output, will be paid at the entrance to the villa by credit card or cash. <\/span><\/p>\n

FOURTH STEP:<\/span><\/strong>
\n Check the box “I accept the booking conditions and rules of stay”. The user has the possibility to download them in a PDF document, “RESERVE \/ BOOKING CONDITIONS” section. <\/span><\/p>\n

FIFTH STEP:<\/span><\/strong>
\nChoose the method of payment; Payments will be made by:<\/span>
\n – Bank transfer to our account provided on the web<\/span>
\n – Credit card through our virtual POS (secure page)<\/span>
\n – Pay Pal In this case you can not make the payment in cash since there is no physical meeting between the two sides.<\/span><\/p>\n

STEP SIX:<\/strong><\/span>
\n Consists:<\/span>
\n – 30% of the total cost of the stay to CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION, paying through our website or by bank transfer.<\/span>
\n – The remaining 70% of the stay will be paid: <\/span>
\n – At the entrance to the villa by cash or credit card. <\/span>
\n – If you cancel the booking, you will lose the amount paid for the reservation (30%)<\/span>
\n – The payment of the deposit of the property (1,500 \u20ac) and cleaning fee (300 \u20ac) which payment is due upon arrival to the villa to our Property Manager by cash or card credit<\/span>
\n – The total return of the deposit will be made within 7 days after the exit of the building, as long as the villa is in the same condition it was given (Excluding impairment rational use).<\/span>
\n – If during the stay additional services (cleaning, changing linens, ect …) is requested will be invoiced at the end of your stay.<\/span><\/p>\n
