- The customer will must notify to email@example.com the exact hour of the arrival to the villa, our schedule is from 16:00 to 20:00.
- If your arrival is in other time of our schedule we will make our best to satisfy your needs but with a charge of 50 €. You can never enter after 23:00.
- Our Property Manager will meet you at the door of the villa, then the property manager will show you the house and will explain the working of: appliances, air conditioning , heatings…)
- It must be provide the ID of the villa’s tenants if you haven’t send them before. Our property manager will give you back the IDs after make some photocopies at the moment.
- It will be signed the lease contract of the property and after that you will recive the standars to stay, the services that we offer and also the instructions for the CHECK OUT.
- The deposit will be paid by credit card or cash, and the renter will receive the deposit back after the 7 following days of the departure.If the villa is exactly in the same conditions that before your entrance. (excluding the damage caused for their normal use)
- Finally our property manager will give you two set keys and two controls for the garage
The normal schedule to check out the villa is from 8:00 to 12:00.
You will have to inform the property manager the time expected of your check out firstname.lastname@example.org.
The manager will wait for you in front of the door to pick up the keys and controls, and will ask you about your stay in the property.
As we told, the deposit will be back during the next following days after your check out.
